“ Sono stato alla " Barchetta " con Amici. Il pranzo è stato piacevole,con ottimi piatti, serviti con cortesia, ed eseguiti a " REGOLA D'ARTE ". Nell'occasione, ( c'era un matrimonio che riempiva il salone interno, e quindi ci hanno fatto accomodare in veranda ) ci hanno fatto partecipare ai piatti preparati per il " BANCHETTO NUNZIALE ", che devo dire, " OTTIMI ". Il conto, pagato 3 menù giornalieri, con aggiunta di grappe fatte in casa, della tradizione albanese. .... Da Bledi si sta bene,si mangia bene, e si spende il giusto. Come quantità, si esce soddisfatti e ben nutriti, non come altri posti, dove, con 60 euro, ti fanno vedere il piatto decorato, e di " SOSTANZA ", c'è n'è poca, come per esempio " DA GHIO ", di Terme di Miradolo, ed esci che hai ancora fame. Da Bledi, a Graffignana, così come " ALLE GROTTE DI ARES ", di Miradolo Terme, con 13,00 euro mangi bene, in buona qualità e quantità, e la cortesia " NATURALE ", dei due gestori albanesi. ”
“ Sono appena stata in questo ristorante con una coppia di amici e sono rimasta positivamente impressionata dalla bontà dei prodotti e anche dai piatti ben fatti e ben presentati. Abbiamo preso diverse cose, gli antipasti misti davvero notevoli e difficilmente ho assaggiato una insalata di polpo e patate così spettacolare, poi la frittura mista, la grigliata e il tonno alla griglia. Veramente da suggerire. ”

Porzioni contenute. Cameriere gentili e disponibili, prezzo decisamente alto ma la qualità si paga (100 euro in due primo e antipasto con una bottiglia di lugana) ”
